    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Zipline Guide Lead</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Niagara Adventure Excursions</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a Zipline Guide Lead, you support, motivate, and guide the Zipline Guide team while helping ensure safe, smooth, and well-organized daily operations. You are a knowledgeable leader in zipline procedures, set high standards for guest service, and act as an important communication link between on-site teams.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You bring a positive, approachable leadership style and are confident stepping in to support your team wherever needed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<p>· Lead and coordinate the Zipline Guide team during daily operations</p>\n<p>· Ensure all opening checks, daily gear inspections, and safety procedures are completed</p>\n<p>· Create safe, positive, and inclusive experiences for all guests</p>\n<p>· Monitor and enforce safety rules and operational standards</p>\n<p>· Be a consistent point of support for Guides throughout their shifts</p>\n<p>· Ensure team members receive appropriate breaks</p>\n<p>· Apply Corrective Action procedures fairly and consistently</p>\n<p>· Maintain working knowledge of schedules, reservations, and Niagara Adventure Excursions policies (including pricing, refunds, and access requirements)</p>\n<p>· Perform regular guiding shifts</p>\n<p>· Assist with coaching, mentoring, and training team members</p>\n<p>· Support regular equipment inspections</p>\n<p>· Work closely with the Element Supervisor, Duty Managers, and Department Supervisors</p>\n<p>· Contribute positively to team culture and workplace morale</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Responsibilities (With Certification):</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Rescue Team:</span></p>\n<p>· Perform emergency response and rescue techniques</p>\n<p>· Provide first aid and complete zipline retrievals</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring:</span></p>\n<p>· Experience in a leadership or mentoring role</p>\n<p>· Strong communication and decision-making skills</p>\n<p>· Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail</p>\n<p>· A positive attitude and openness to feedback</p>\n<p>· Commitment to delivering excellent customer service</p>\n<p>· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions</p>\n<p>· Ability to meet the physical demands of the role. Assistance is required for lifts over 50 lbs; reasonable accommodation may be available</p>\n<p>· Standard First Aid &amp; CPR-C certification (or willingness to obtain prior to your first shift)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>· Knowledge of or experience in outdoor recreation, either through participation or previous employment</p>\n<p>· Experience in a risk management role</p>\n<p>· Experience working in a fast-paced, hospitality-based environment</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Department and Reporting Structure</span></p>\n<p>The Zipline Guide Lead position falls under the Element Department. You report to the Element Supervisor and are supported by the Leadership Team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Schedule</span></p>\n<p>Seasonal position with flexible full-time or part-time hours based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This position is planned to begin around April 1st 2026.</span></em></p>",
