    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Sweeper Truck Driver keeps active construction and roadway sites clean, safe, and compliant. You will operate a street sweeper and related equipment to remove debris, track-out, and dust, supporting paving, grading, utility, and bridge crews across varied environments.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate a mechanical or vacuum sweeper truck to clean roadways, jobsite access points, staging areas, and haul routes.</li>\n <li>Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections. Document defects and coordinate repairs.</li>\n <li>Maintain daily logs, load tickets, and service records in accordance with DOT and company policy.</li>\n <li>Monitor dust control needs. Coordinate with water truck, tack, and paving crews to minimize airborne dust and track-out.</li>\n <li>Safely navigate active construction zones, traffic, and uneven terrain. Follow traffic control plans and flaggers.</li>\n <li>Empty hoppers, manage collected debris, and dispose of materials per environmental regulations.</li>\n <li>Execute basic preventative maintenance. Check broom height, wear, vacuum system, hydraulic lines, belts, and fluids.</li>\n <li>Maintains a truck log in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policy.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, weight limits, and truck safety procedures</li>\n <li><strong>Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating a CDL B Sweeper Truck on construction job sites.</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to read and follow traffic control plans and supervisor instructions.</li>\n <li>Valid CDL B license with a clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and adapt to various weather conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Our Company Does Work That Matters</strong></p>\n<p>Allan Myers is the largest heavy civil construction and materials production contractor in the mid-Atlantic.
