However you will be required to travel to Columbus until August for Training.</li></ul><p><strong>Days and Shift Information</strong></p><ul><li>1st | Monday–Friday 6:30AM – 3PM</li><li>Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee all inventory control operations, including executing control measures and ensuring system accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Develop and implement inventory management strategies, while maintaining accurate procedures and continuous process improvements.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies, including cycle counts, reporting, and reconciliation with customers/plants.</li><li>Ensure proper handling of materials and stock, including receiving, managing abnormal issues, and maintaining accurate daily reporting.</li><li>Support operational excellence and compliance, promoting safety standards, adhering to policies, and maintaining required certifications (PIV).</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Fast-paced, warehouse environment</li><li>Physical activity required, including lifting up to 33 lbs.</li><li>Must be able to work in a demanding and dynamic setting</li><li>At times, it may be very hot and can get cold due to the climate.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
