This position acts as a liaison to investors and works to maintain favorable relationships with internal and external partners, reporting directly to the President of Residential Mortgage Lending.</span></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Manages mortgage investor relationships and related functions, while also managing the lock desk overall including loans that will be placed in the portfolio.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Works with senior leadership to determine mortgage loan pricing strategy and administers related processes and systems. &nbsp;</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Ensures accurate and meticulous data input of lock information into our LOS (Encompass) database including trade and pricing information related to sales of mortgage loans.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Locks loans with investors and monitors and maintains pipeline; researching and completing re-locks, lock revisions, and lock extension requests in a timely and professional manner.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Provides support to shipping and post-closing departments.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Offer recommendations and work collaboratively to streamline and improve processes and perform other related duties as assigned.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Comply with internal security policies and procedures and maintain customer confidentiality at all times.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Adhere to all regulations, policies, and record-keeping requirements.
