At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Sheet Metal Mechanic Senior is responsible for conducting the installation of metal/board HVAC systems.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assembles and installs metal duct and fiberglass board.</li>\n <li>Blue print reading and understanding of sheet metal shop drawings.</li>\n <li>All phases of duct installation (spiral, rectangular, double wall, welded).</li>\n <li>Understanding of different connectors that are used.</li>\n <li>Hanger layout as well as some field measuring.</li>\n <li>Organizes work area and maintains all hand tools.</li>\n <li>Lifts heavy materials at heights.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years experience in any types of sheet metal and fiberglass, duct work installation on commercial/residential projects.</li>\n <li>Must have own Sheet Metal hand tools, company supplies power tools.</li>\n <li>Must be able and willing to follow job-site instructions.</li>\n <li>Lift heavy materials and not be afraid of heights.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>OSHA 10 or 30.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>0-5% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s)/office locations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Activities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces</li>\n <li>Operating machinery and/or power tools</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Environmental Conditions</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind</li>\n <li>Noisy environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Demands</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $21.13 - USD $28.21 /Hr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
