Technical Reviewers engage in communication with Field Managers on project requirements, progress, and quality assurance/control (QAQC) review of technical ESA reports.</p><p>Technical reviewers are responsible for the review and submittal of the Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) report by the Field Manager, and resolution of outstanding report issues. They use their knowledge of industry guidelines to ensure proper report documentation. Ultimately, technical reviewers are accountable for the technical merit of the Nova reports delivered to our clients.</p><p>Technical reviewers may also be asked to perform ESAs, as needed. Typical sites to be assessed would include commercial properties such as offices, warehouses, multi-family sites, and hotels.</p><p>Technical Reviewers are core members of our project delivery and client relationship teams working with our field teams, Account and Sales Managers to ensure the quality of our deliverables to our clients, exceeding their expectations along the way.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Required</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience completing and/or managing Environmental Site Assessments</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related discipline</li><li>Environmental Professional (EP) in accordance with ASTM designation&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency with ASTM E1527-21</li><li>Experience conducting Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, and other specialty project scopes preferred</li><li>Proficiency with Quire report writing platform is preferred</li><li>Experience in the management/review of related due diligence projects</li><li>Ability to analyze assessor findings to ensure the ESA accurately reflects the site observations and historical information reviewed</li><li>Ability to coach assessors, both employees and associates, to complete accurate and scope-compliant deliverables</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Strong technical writing skills and proven attention to detail</li><li>Ability and willingness to work effectively as a member of the Nova Deal Team to support the Client needs and goals</li><li>Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines on multiple simultaneous projects</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook</li><li>Comfort using mobile technology and open to new technological solutions</li><li>Valid state driver&rsquo;s license (position requires motor vehicle record &amp; background check)</li><li>Ability to meet annual medical monitoring requirements if required for state licensing</li><li>Proficiency in Property Condition Assessments is preferred, but not required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Working for Nova Group, GBC</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\">Nova Group, GBC (Nova) is a privately held multidisciplinary advisory firm incorporated in 1987.
