    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\">Professional Solutions&nbsp;Delivered,&nbsp;LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT)&nbsp;Support Services.&nbsp;We are currently seeking an&nbsp;Episodic&nbsp;Combat Marksmanship Instructor&nbsp;to join our team of professionals in support of the&nbsp;MARSOC Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC).&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Essential Duties &amp; Job Functions:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Conduct episodic combat marksmanship instruction in classroom, dry-fire, and live-fire environments.</li><li>Execute safe and realistic marksmanship training evolutions utilizing current Close Quarters Battle (CQB) Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).</li><li>Apply Deliberate and Time-Critical Risk Management processes during the planning and execution of all training events.</li><li>Conduct shoot house and live-fire range operations in accordance with established safety standards.</li><li>Enforce Marine Corps Orders and unit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs related to range and weapons safety.</li><li>Deliver instruction using approved class and range instructional methodologies.</li><li>Participate in training rehearsals, dry runs, and after-action reviews as required.</li><li>Serve in assigned range safety roles and ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols.</li><li><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW52649201 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW52649201 BCX0\">Maintain proficiency with assigned weapons systems and successfully pass current MARSOC weapons qualifications.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW52649201 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW52649201 BCX0\">Performs related work as assigned.</span></span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Abilities &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be able to carry 50 lbs. and be able to wear organizational Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended durations of time through training days.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have the ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Proficient in Deliberate and Time Critical Risk Management</li><li>Proficient in Shoot House Safety techniques</li><li>Proficient in applying Marine Corps Orders and Unit SOPs as relates to Range Safety.</li><li>Proficient class and range instruction methods</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Experience&nbsp;</p><ul><li>At least eight (8) years of military experience with a minimum five (5) years of Special Operations and/or USMC Force Recon Organization experience.</li><li>Must be proficient with the current (within the past 3 years) CQB Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs);must have Instructor experience at a Special Operations CQB Course.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Required Education and Certifications&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be capable of passing the current MARSOC weapons qualifications.</li><li>Certified as a Range Safety Officer &amp; Laser Range Safety Officer.</li><li>Must be a Graduate of Service Special Operations Close Quarters Battle (CQB) course.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Clearance&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must possess a minimum of an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.</li><li>Must have a valid drivers license.</li><li>Must comply, ensure and maintain program compliance with DoD drug-free workplace requirements, including oversight of required urinalysis screenings and fitness-for-duty determinations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>*As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.  &nbsp;</p>\n",
