Overview Rockwall Ford, one of the largest and highest-volume Ford dealerships in the DFW metroplex, is seeking a proven Service Director to lead our fixed operations at the highest level. This role is designed for a top-performing leader with a track record of delivering exceptional results in high-volume Ford environments. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Ford operations, commercial fleet service, and modern service technologies, along with the ability to drive profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at scale.
