    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Provides direct and indirect patient care as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team, supporting providers and clinic operations to ensure efficient clinic flow and an excellent patient experience. Prioritizes patient-centered care, uses strong critical thinking and time management skills, and effectively leverages organizational and community resources. Assists in training and supporting staff, contributing to a highly competent, collaborative, and positive care team.<br><br><strong>KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:</strong> 2 years clinic experience preferred. Experience in overseeing unit operations preferred. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong> Current Montana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse, &nbsp;</p><p><strong>LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY:</strong> Current Montana State Board of Nursing licensure as LPN. &nbsp;Basic Life Support (CPR) certification and re-certification every two years.</p><p><strong>APTITUDES:</strong> Desire and ability to work as an influential member of a high-performing, multi-disciplinary, comprehensive primary care team. Ability to achieve cognitive, organization and emotional maturity to deal effectively with multiple tasks, stresses, deadlines, difficult situations and/or customers. Possesses interpersonal/communication skills necessary for effective, non-judgmental, and empathetic patient care and customer relations. Open to feedback and open to a changing environment, which requires flexibility in scheduling and department assignments.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p>",
