The position will support group-level oversight of the power program across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring that power delivery is managed as a core enabler of growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role operates across countries and projects, working closely with local teams while maintaining a central, strategic view of power risks and opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MISSION</span></p>\n<p>Support securing, managing and de-risking power capacity across jurisdictions, by coordinating grid connection processes, monitoring power infrastructure delivery and acting as an interface with utilities, regulators and other stakeholders.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Group-Level Power Strategy Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support implementation of the firm’s power strategy across countries, ensuring alignment between local approaches and overall platform priorities and standards</li>\n<li>Maintain active visibility of connection status, secured capacity and key project risks</li>\n<li>Support alignment between local power strategies with the platform’s business priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power Infrastructure &amp; Grid Delivery</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor progress of power works (substations, cabling), by utilities and by internal teams</li>\n<li>Identify emerging delivery risks, and support mitigation plans with local teams and utilities</li>\n<li>Support alignment between power delivery timelines and project development schedules</li>\n<li>Assess alternative or complementary power solutions beyond traditional grid supply</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Utility &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in engagements with utilities, regulators and public authorities, supporting critical discussions related to connection capacity, timelines and delivery conditions</li>\n<li>Support the development of long-term, constructive relationships with key stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Platform Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with local teams in-country to support successful project delivery</li>\n<li>Contribute to standardization of approaches to utility engagement and interface</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PROFILE &amp; BACKGROUND</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5–8 years’ experience in power, grid or energy infrastructure</li>\n<li>Full professional proficiency in English and French.</li>\n<li>Experience with a utility, grid operator, IPP, or technical advisor with HV / MV power project exposure</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of the electric transmission &amp; distribution space highly valued</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Comply with and help enforce relevant policies related to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health &amp;
