Our exceptional quality is driven by a deep investment in and the daily practice of continually improving our people, processes, and products.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About the Opportunity:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Commodity Manager &ndash; Direct, manages sourcing strategy and execution for direct material categories, including enterprise-wide RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract development. The position drives cross-site spend consolidation to maximize supplier leverage and establish long-term agreements for centralized direct categories. In addition, the role leads supplier relationship management, partners with site teams on multi-site or critical supplier escalations, and oversees supplier performance tracking to support cost, quality, and continuity objectives.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>This position may be based in a hybrid capacity at any of our U.S. locations. Please note that standard working hours will follow Eastern Standard time.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support category strategy development and lead sourcing events, for direct materials</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage supplier communications including performance reviews, pricing negotiations, and coordination with site teams on multi-site or critical escalations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain direct supplier lists and track adherence to preferred or directed suppliers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor supply market changes impacting material availability, cost, and risk</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support Pursuit wide escalations involving quality, delivery, or production continuity</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At least 7 years of progressive sourcing and purchasing experience.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future.
