    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Manager – Commercial Construction (TI + Ground-Up)</span></p>\n<p>Boise, ID (Primarily Onsite)</p>\n<p>We’re partnering with a growing, highly respected commercial general contractor seeking a true full-cycle Project Manager to join their team. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and the opportunity to run projects end-to-end.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage 3–5 commercial construction projects simultaneously (TI + ground-up)</li>\n<li>Own the full project lifecycle (typically 9–16 months per project)</li>\n<li>Build and maintain master schedules, ensuring alignment across field and office teams</li>\n<li>Handle RFIs, submittals, and all project documentation</li>\n<li>Take full ownership of project financials:</li>\n<li>Pay applications</li>\n<li>Budget tracking &amp; cost control</li>\n<li>Change orders</li>\n<li>AP/AR and cash flow management</li>\n<li>Manage subcontractors including contracts, billing, and performance</li>\n<li>Partner closely with Superintendents to drive field execution and quality</li>\n<li>Support preconstruction, estimating, and business development efforts as needed</li>\n<li>Mentor Project Engineers and junior team members</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What They’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience strictly as a Project Manager in commercial construction</li>\n<li>Experience managing both TI and ground-up projects (must-have)</li>\n<li>Proven ability to own project financials</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of scheduling, project lifecycle, and subcontractor management</li>\n<li>Background with a mid-size or smaller GC preferred</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Perks</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$125K – $150K base salary (DOE)</li>\n<li>Relocation assistance available</li>\n<li>Mileage reimbursement</li>\n<li>Exposure to larger, more complex projects as you grow</li>\n</ul>",
