The primary focus is centered on reducing risk and improving the efficiency, performance, stability, security, and quality of all systems and platforms. The Systems Engineering role specializes in the analysis, evaluation, design, testing, implementation, support, and debugging of all middleware, mainframe, and distributed platforms, tools, and systems of the firm.</p>\n<p><b>Your Primary Responsibilities:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support Microsoft Modern Management platforms which include Intune, SCCM, Cloud Management Gateway, Windows Autopilot, Co-management, MEM and Azure Application Portals.</li>\n <li>Support Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager<b>&nbsp;</b>infrastructure and support components.</li>\n <li>Create Deployments/Collections/Applications within a Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager<b>&nbsp;</b>environment.</li>\n <li>Download and deploy Monthly MS Security Updates within Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.</li>\n <li>Create automation scripts using PowerShell and\\or other scripting languages.</li>\n <li>Advanced queries of&nbsp;Configuration Manager Database to support.</li>\n <li>Provide 3<sup>rd</sup>&nbsp;level support for desktop support technicians.</li>\n <li>Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>**NOTE:&nbsp; The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **</i></p>\n<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 7 years of experience&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Bachelors’ Degree and/or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Talents Needed for Success:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager experience.</li>\n <li>5 years’ experience with Windows OS Platform management and support.</li>\n <li>Strong technical proficiency of architecture and supporting components of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager in an enterprise environment.</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Advanced knowledge of server and client maintenance, troubleshooting, SQL query writing, SUP, and application deployments.</li>\n <li>Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager OSD (Operating System Deployment) technical experience is preferred.</li>\n <li>Windows 10/11 technical support experience with advanced knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and operating system troubleshooting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>&nbsp;</span><span><i>Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
