    "description": "<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $25.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Transport students, coaches and staff from one place to another using the University leased 25 passenger buses</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive University leased 25 passenger bus on short and/or long trips safely negotiating various routes through varied terrain and geographic areas</li>\n <li>Transport students, coaches and staff from one place to another using the leased University 25 passenger bus</li>\n <li>Safe and Competent Operation of a Bus</li>\n <li>Drive mini bus on regular routes between campus, student housing & practice facility on a schedule</li>\n <li>Assist students and coaches with sports gear and/or luggage</li>\n <li>Report accidents or other traffic disruptions to administration</li>\n <li>Review route assignments and schedules with Coaches & administration, and ensure all information is fully understood before departing</li>\n <li>Check the bus tires, lights, and promptly report maintenance issues to the Assistant Athletic Director</li>\n <li>Strict adherence to all state and federal transit regulations</li>\n <li>Account for all coaches/players & staff before leaving a location</li>\n <li>Perform duties in a manner that align with the College’s vision, standards and ethics</li>\n <li>Be willing to drive for the University if other needs arrive</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimal Qualifications: High School Education or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates or Bachelor degree</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Minimal Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 to 2 years in a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years in a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Licenses and Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a CDL passenger license</li>\n <li>Clean driving record</li>\n <li>Able to pass criminal and DMV check upon hire</li>\n <li>Flexible schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively</li>\n <li>Customer service oriented and professional</li>\n <li>Determine the distance between objects</li>\n <li>React quickly using hands, fingers, or feet</li>\n <li>Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them</li>\n <li>Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Non-Essential Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Initiative to work on own</li>\n <li>Willingness to put forth a conscientious effort as required</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with diverse academic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of college students, Faculty, and staff</li>\n <li>Ability to travel as needed</li>\n <li>Ability to work evenings and\\or weekends as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<p>The physical demands characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
