We want to be instrumental in making sure our guests have a high-quality breakfast experience through maintaining the food and beverage areas, including replenishment, cleanliness, and overall presentation.&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Clear tables during the breakfast period and keep the surrounding areas clean.</li><li>Adhere to and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance to policies.</li><li>Ensure tables, chairs, dishes, and utensils maintain good condition and report any defects for repair or replacement.</li><li>Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.</li><li>Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.</li><li>Provide suggestions to Department Manager and/or General Manager as it relates to providing a great experience for hotel guests.</li><li>Other duties, as assigned by Management.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a customer-focused industry, or a combination of both.</li><li>Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, including a positive attitude, organization, attention to detail, an ability to multi-task, and excellent grooming standards.</li><li>Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service, and providing quick solutions for guest needs.</li><li>Must be a team player and able to work independently with an emphasis on commitment to working together to ensure a positive guest experience, which requires attention to helping another teammate in a different department at times.</li><li>Must have early morning availability.</li></ul><p>Physical Requirements</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Standing for long periods of time</li><li>Bending</li><li>Kneeling</li><li>Walking</li><li>Lifting 30+ pounds</li></ul><p>Headquartered in Greensboro, NC, The Carroll Companies is a family of companies dedicated to real estate development and property management.
