    "description": "<p> K<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>ey accountabilities and decision ownership :</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete all emergency repairs in properties as assigned by the Projects &amp; Facilities Manager or Property Administrator</li>\n<li>Perform preventative maintenance in properties as assigned by the Projects &amp; Facilities Manager or Property Administrator.</li>\n<li>Perform minor electrical installations and repairs. Candidate must have a good working knowledge of electrical installations and be able to work in a safe manner. Possession of wireman licence “A” would be considered an asset.</li>\n<li>Perform minor plumbing installations and repairs.</li>\n<li>Carry out general maintenance to building fabric.</li>\n<li>Carry out small gypsum works, plastering and painting.</li>\n<li>Conduct fixture and furniture assembly, installations and minor carpentry work.</li>\n<li>Moving furniture and equipment, whilst maintaining a clean and safe environment.</li>\n<li>Be able to purchase the required materials to tackle the assigned jobs.</li>\n<li>Candidate must have a clean and valid driving licence.</li>\n<li>Candidate must be available after normal working hours to work on an on-call schedule.</li>\n<li>Candidate must be able to work on own initiative and possess good troubleshooting capabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key performance indicators:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The main KPIs are derived from the CMMS system Upkeep and mainly centred on issue response and  resolution time.</li>\n</ul>",
