This role is central to creating supportive and trusting relationships that reduce risk and promote positive choices. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions and facilitate best practices such as the stepped model of care, trauma-informed approaches, harm reduction, and culturally safe services.
