    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Build wooden forms.</span></li>\n<li><span>Set, brace and strip wood and steel forms.</span></li>\n<li><span>Place and finish concrete.</span></li>\n<li><span>Drill holes for and position reinforcing rods.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure safe working environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform manual labor as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Exercise proper care and maintenance of company equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Travel and arrive for starting time at various jobsite locations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Frequently work more than 40 hours per week and non-traditional hours including night shift, Saturdays and occasionally Sundays.</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Blueprint reading for concrete structures.</span></li>\n<li><span>Use, maintenance, and safe operation of hand and power tools used to build formwork.</span></li>\n<li><span>Materials used to construct forms.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assembly and bracing of modular form systems such as EFCO and SYMO</span></li>\n<li><span>Building form components on site to construct structure components including footings, columns, pier caps, deck overhang and parapets.</span></li>\n<li><span>Setting up and operating mechanized finishing equipment such as GOMACO and BIDWELL.</span></li>\n<li><span>All methods of pouring concrete including placement by truck, crane &amp; bucket, conveyor and pump.</span></li>\n<li><span>Layout and placement of reinforcing rods.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ability </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Learn and follow RCI Company policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with and without direct supervision.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Must have own tools.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must have basic math skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Prefer valid driver’s license for the state in which you reside with acceptable driving record per company minimum standards for drivers.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must successfully complete MoDOT Flagger Training Course.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to bend, sit, stoop, and stand for long periods of time in the outdoor weather.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to be exposed to concrete dust, curing compound, and form oil on a daily basis.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work in field environments with exposure to dust, inclement weather conditions, extreme heat, cold, noise, vibrations and a variety of petroleum products.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to walk and work on uneven terrain.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work comfortably and safely at heights on all types of structures.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to climb stairs and ladders.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment.</span></li>\n</ul>",
