If you’re passionate about helping others and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want you on our team!</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Conduct</span> outreach to promote One Health services and programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assist</span> individuals in developing health/social management plans and goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">implement</span> prevention campaigns and education programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support</span> enrollment in coverage and benefits, including applications and troubleshooting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Document</span> encounters and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">maintain</span> accurate electronic records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Build</span> relationships with healthcare providers, agencies, and tribal entities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Participate</span> in community events, meetings, and trainings.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong communication and documentation skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage multiple priorities independently</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Professionalism, empathy, and clear boundaries</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> Associate’s degree OR 4 years’ related experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">License:</span> Valid Driver’s License</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">1 year of experience in community outreach</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in health promotion, public health, or related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Certified Application Counselor (CAC)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in community outreach or healthcare</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certifications (upon hire or within first year):</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">BLS Certificate</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">CAC Training</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Health, dental, and vision insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Discounted care for employees and family</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Retirement plan with employer match</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid holidays and generous PTO</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supportive, mission-driven team environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">About One Health:</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">One Health is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving rural communities across Montana and Wyoming.
