Together, we can continue to help children grow by Leaps &amp; Bounds!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Provide direct occupational therapy to children and follows documented treatment plans or protocols.</li><li>Help patient accomplish goals outlines in treatment plan to increase independence in activities of daily living skills by administering therapeutic activities, and therapeutic exercises, and sensory skills.</li><li>Document patient performance such as tallying data.</li><li>Prepare therapy materials and/or equipment for use in therapy activities.</li><li>Adapt or modify materials and equipment as determined by the needs of the patient.</li><li>May work in a variety of setting including clinic, ranch, or tele health services.</li><li>Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.</li><li>Collaborate with team members of other disciplines as well as administrative staff.</li><li>Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation;?anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to.</li><li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>Assure continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs; recommending and/or providing assistive equipment with primary occupational therapist.</li><li>Follow company policies and procedures.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>The compensation range varies based on experience, $62,400.00 - $72,800.00a year.</p><p>Clinicians also have the opportunity to earn a <strong>WEEKLY </strong>bonus!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits Include</strong>:</p><ul><li>Medical, dental, vision &amp; life insurance</li><li>401k with a 4% match</li><li>Student Loan Contributions</li><li>Accruing PTO</li><li>6 paid holidays</li><li>Paid sick days</li><li>Productivity bonus structure</li><li>Continuing education credits.</li><li>Weekly meetings with your supervisor and department for ongoing support and collaboration.</li><li>There are substantial in-house opportunities for growth and development, as well as collaboration with our dynamic team.</li><li>Casual Fridays</li><li>Fun company events</li></ul>",
