Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient private practice in need of a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. We are a growing and fast-paced campus that offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services in a traditional clinical setting, as well as on our ranch, with the incorporation of the horse as part of a comprehensive evidence-based plan (hippotherapy.)

Essential Functions
Provide direct occupational therapy to children and follows documented treatment plans or protocols. Help patient accomplish goals outlines in treatment plan to increase independence in activities of daily living skills by administering therapeutic activities, and therapeutic exercises, and sensory skills. Document patient performance such as tallying data. Prepare therapy materials and/or equipment for use in therapy activities. Adapt or modify materials and equipment as determined by the needs of the patient. May work in a variety of setting including clinic, ranch, or tele health services. Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats. Collaborate with team members of other disciplines as well as administrative staff. Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation;?anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Assure continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs; recommending and/or providing assistive equipment with primary occupational therapist. Follow company policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. The compensation range varies based on experience, $62,400.00 - $72,800.00a year.
Clinicians also have the opportunity to earn a WEEKLY bonus!
