Must&nbsp;have the ability to clean all areas to include cottages, apartments, assisted living areas and healthcare units to the highest standards with minimal supervision.&nbsp; Must be flexible and be able to Performs day to day cleaning in designated area.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Assists the Environmental Services Supervisor in maintaining oversight of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.&nbsp; Assures optimal use of available staff.&nbsp; Thoroughly monitors the physical plant to assure a clean and safe environment.</li>\n\t<li>This role involves hands-on work while assisting management and supervisor with various operational tasks</li>\n\t<li>Performs event set ups, waste removal, floor care, housekeeping and laundry tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>A minimum of 3&nbsp;year in a lead housekeeping role carrying out housekeeping duties, preferable in a Health Care setting.</li>\n\t<li>Demonstrated proficient knowledge of industry best practices regarding the proper operation of Environmental Services equipment as obtained via hands-on experience</li>\n\t<li>Previous floor care and event set up experience a plus</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Hours:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Flex hours to include weekend work</li>\n\t<li>Rotating holidays</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Hours will be 40 hours per week with times set by the Associate Director of Environmental Services and can be changed as deemed necessary to carry out work requirements.&nbsp; This position is an essential personnel position.&nbsp; Required to work during inclement weather and respond during emergency events.</li>\n\t<li>May work with dust, fumes or odors.&nbsp; May work inside or outside in hot or cold temperatures and in wet or dry conditions.&nbsp; May work around loud noise and stand on concrete.&nbsp; Usually works alone.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>We recognize that our continued success is thanks to our employees.
