          "text": "<p>The <b>Senior Project Manager</b> role entails the management of EDI and SaaS implementations.  To succeed, the Project Manager must have substantial client facing experience, demonstrated a high level of success in delivering large scale multi-million dollar projects, and have experience in working closely with clients to build an effective partnership.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Senior Project Manager Required Skills, Experience, Knowledge: </span></b></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 - 15 years of      Project/Program Management experience preferred</li>\n<li>Experience      running large projects (5-10 resources, 12+ months, $500k - $2m+)-global      project management experience a plus</li>\n<li>5 - 10 years of      EDI Solutions/Applications delivery experience preferred</li>\n<li>5 – 10 years of      Customer/Client Facing experience preferred</li>\n<li>Experience      managing delivery using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)</li>\n<li>Dynamic Problem      Solver with customer focus</li>\n<li>Ability to      motivate a team to meet tight project timelines</li>\n<li>Fluent with      Microsoft Project &amp; Project Task planning &amp; dependencies.</li>\n<li>Supervisory      experience (managing PM's &amp; other resources)</li>\n<li>Deep experience      in project status &amp; financial reporting.</li>\n<li>Must have very      strong interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to partner      with others, and be able manage complex relationships</li>\n<li>Experience with      the Six-Sigma Process or similar methodologies</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Traits/Characteristics</span></b></p>\n<p>1) Must be able to manage through complex problems</p>\n<p>2) Must be a fast learner and have a consultative approach with client interactions.</p>\n<p>3) Must be a mature thinker &amp; be comfortable asking others for help.</p>\n<p>4) Self starter</p>\n<p></p>",
