At ABC Supply, we have YOUR future covered.</p><p></p><h3>Specific duties may include:</h3><ul><li>Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions</li><li>Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies</li><li>Answering telephones and entering sales orders</li><li>Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account</li><li>Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse</li><li>Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for</li><li>Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked</li><li>Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise</li></ul><p></p><h3>Specific qualifications include:</h3><ul><li>1-2 years&#39; experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Effective time management and prioritization skills</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Positive attitude and team player</li><li>Detail and service-oriented</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus</li></ul><p></p><h3>Benefits may include:</h3><ul><li>Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out of pocket</li><li>401(k) with generous company match - eligible after 60 days, immediately vested</li><li>Employer paid employee assistance program</li><li>Employer paid short term and long term disability</li><li>Employer paid life insurance</li><li>Flex spending</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Paid sick days</li><li>Paid holidays</li></ul><p></p><h3>Pay range information:</h3><p>Starting at $18 - $22 / HR.
