Ensure all SSOP and Quality Programs are being followed correctly and being completed. Establish and maintain good working relationship with U.S.D.A. Provide a resource to operations and sanitation personnel. Complete all records pertaining to Quality Assurance SSOP Program. Perform clerical functions for Quality Assurance (filing, making copies, etc. Monitor and check freezer/cooler storage areas. Monitor plant AQL levels. Monitor and enforce MTP&rsquo;s GMP and Safety policies. Conduct time studies. Cost savings initiatives Process analysis and efficiency studies. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions .Must posses a strong work ethic. Must be able to give direction and take action to insure enforcement as needed. Must be able to implement all rules and procedures established by the SSOP and HACCP programs and must be able to work very closely with USDA. Must be detail oriented. Must be able to speak, write and understand English .Must be able to work safely.
