Join CBS and discover what the best work of your career can look like.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Project Manager – Facilities Operations & Maintenance </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>The Project Manager is responsible for the overall operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for a large-scale facility of 1,000,000 square feet or greater. This role requires extensive experience in facilities operations and maintenance (O&M), along with proven leadership in project management and staff supervision. The Project Manager will ensure reliable building operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery across all mechanical systems. Salary $120,000.00 - $140,000.00.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide overall leadership and direction for daily building operations and maintenance activities.</p></li>\n <li><p>Plan, manage, and oversee mechanical maintenance operations for a large-scale facility.</p></li>\n <li><p>Supervise and support technical staff including engineers, technicians, and supervisors.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinate and manage facility-related projects, upgrades, and renovations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare schedules, work plans, and performance reports.</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor vendor and contractor performance and ensure contract compliance.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage budgets, track expenses, and control operational costs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Respond to emergencies and critical system failures as required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>The Project Manager<strong> </strong>shall possess the following minimum qualifications:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 12 years of experience in Facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) or Facilities Management.</li>\n <li>At least 8 years of experience in a project management and/or supervisory role.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience managing operations, maintenance, and staff for a large facility of 1,000,000 sq. ft. or greater.</li>\n <li>Experience managing budget, tracking expenses, and controlling operational costs.</li>\n <li>Extensive hands-on knowledge of building mechanical systems including:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>HVAC systems</li>\n  <li>Electrical systems</li>\n  <li>Plumbing systems</li>\n  <li>Life safety systems</li>\n  <li>Building automation systems (BAS) </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing personnel.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance practices.</li>\n <li>Experience with compliance requirements, safety standards, and regulatory inspections.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EOE, including disability/veterans</p>",
