A commitment to collaborative problem solving is essential. It’s a great opportunity to help build a brand and product.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborating with the product team to define the product roadmap</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Helping create and refine a product backlog that fits in with the overall strategy of the company</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain a relationship with various stakeholders in the company to collaborate</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Working close with the developers and designers to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Updating and maintaining product documentation</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">A successful Product Manager will have the following:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Understanding of API programs, technologies across frontend and backend systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A passion for combining technology and business to create great products and services</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Previous experience with financial services and/or products</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong communicator, particularly for technical writing and communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Native or equivalent fluency in English</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Years of experience needed: 3+ years of relevant product management, design, software engineering, or analogous experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We pride ourselves on developing and promoting talent as an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer - Veteran/Disability.
