    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We have an immediate opening for a Tool Crib Attendant to join our team in Santa Clara, CA!</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45)\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under general supervision, inventories, disburses and maintains all tooling and supplies required by production associates. </li>\n<li>Pre-sets tools according to tool setup instructions. </li>\n<li>Gages tools using a CNC tool setter.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Tool Crib Attendant Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform tool set-ups and tool measuring using manual and CNC tool setting equipment, a tool prester.</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively verbally.</li>\n<li>Works well with other team members.</li>\n<li>Ability to efficiently organize and manage tools, equipment, and supplies.</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of various tools and equipment used in the manufacturing plant.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with production teams to support their tool and equipment needs.</li>\n<li>Proactively seeks solutions to improve tool crib operations and inventory management.</li>\n<li>Set up tooling for CNC Machinists using job-tooling sheets.</li>\n<li>Pull set-up sheets from server for jobs.</li>\n<li>Distribute tooling to assigned machines.</li>\n<li>Prioritizes tasks to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to production.</li>\n<li>Maintain adequate records for withdrawals of tools.</li>\n<li>Manage the inventory of existing tooling to ensure minimum inventory levels.</li>\n<li>Inspect all tools for sharpness before being returned to the proper location.</li>\n<li>Order tools and tooling and ensure the best price, quality, and delivery.</li>\n<li>Pays meticulous attention to detail when recording inventory, issuing tools, and performing inspections.</li>\n<li>Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>\n<li>Maintain tool setup rates according to established standards.</li>\n<li>Maintain quality standards according to established procedures.</li>\n<li>Notify supervisor of any problems with procedures or equipment.</li>\n<li>Recommend changes for improved quality and productivity.</li>\n<li>Maintain high awareness of safety procedures.</li>\n<li>Maintains effective working relationships with associates.</li>\n<li>Maintain work area in a safe, neat and orderly manner.</li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as necessary.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span>:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Understanding of inventory management techniques. Must be able to read blue prints.
