This role requires working in a fast-paced environment and involves a strong emphasis on quality, freshness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.</p><p>Intermediate ski or snowboard experience is preferred due to location.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Execute all food preparation tasks, in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.</li><li>Efficiently cook and assemble a variety of menu items.</li><li>Maintain clean kitchen and organized pantry and cooler.</li><li>Operate all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and cleaning procedures.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Secondary Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Assist with general kitchen duties, which may include dishwashing and receive deliveries.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Specific Job Skills</b>:</p><p><u>License/Certifications</u>- Idaho Food Safety Certification (training provided)</p><p><u>Technical</u>- Cooking Skills/Basic kitchen skills.</p><p><u>Physical Capabilities</u>- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
