Practice with Impact.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our well-established program at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree, Colorado—just south of Denver.</p>\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity to step into a collaborative, high-quality hospitalist program committed to delivering exceptional care to mothers and babies in a dynamic, supportive environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Practice</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Established OB/GYN hospitalist program within Sky Ridge Medical Center</li>\n <li>24/7 in-house OB/GYN hospitalist coverage to support labor and delivery patients </li>\n <li>Collaborative model with:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists available onsite and via 24/7 consults</li>\n  <li>Perinatal nurse practitioners and experienced L&D nursing teams </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Focus on enhancing patient safety, reducing delays in emergent care, and improving outcomes </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fully inpatient OB/GYN hospitalist role</li>\n <li>Flexible scheduling (typically 12- and/or 24-hour shifts – based on program needs)</li>\n <li>Opportunity to work in a high-quality, evidence-based care model</li>\n <li>Strong multidisciplinary collaboration across obstetrics, neonatology, and nursing teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of OB/GYN Hospitalist</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide 24/7 in-house coverage for labor & delivery</li>\n <li>Evaluate and manage patients in:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>OB triage and admissions</li>\n  <li>Labor management and fetal monitoring</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Respond to OB/GYN emergencies and urgent care needs</li>\n <li>Perform delivery attendance and surgical assists, including cesarean sections</li>\n <li>Provide care for unassigned and high-risk patients</li>\n <li>Conduct OB/GYN consults in the ED and inpatient units</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists</li>\n  <li>Private OB/GYN physicians</li>\n  <li>Advanced practice providers</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Participate in quality, safety, and patient care initiatives </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Sky Ridge Medical Center</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Located in Lone Tree, CO (Denver metro area)</li>\n <li>284-bed, acute care hospital with a strong reputation for clinical excellence</li>\n <li>Features an award-winning birth center and comprehensive women’s services program </li>\n <li>Access to:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>High-risk pregnancy care</li>\n  <li>Advanced maternity services and care teams</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Board Eligible/Board Certified OBGYN</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain CO medical licensure</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits and Compensation</h2>\n<p>Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign-on bonuses and relocation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Take great care of the patient, every day and every way.TM </em></strong>At Pediatrix & Obstetrix, that’s not only our motto at work each day; it’s also how we view our employees and their families.
