Hours are from 12:30PM TO 9:00PM Monday-Friday</em></p><p><strong>Key Qualification Skills Required</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Excellent interpersonal, relationship, communications (both oral and written), customer service, and organization skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful environment and possess the flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.</li><li>Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation per Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.</li><li>Ability to perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of shuttle interiors, fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.</li><li>Safety and professionally transport customers from point A to point B.</li><li>Ability to apply basic mathematical skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing in all units of measure. Ability to make correct change for customers.</li><li>Ability to operate equipment such as hand-held computers, cellphones and other equipment as required.</li><li>Ability to use company designed software on hand-held device.</li><li>Possess a thorough knowledge of all areas of the designated area including landmarks, major streets and highways.</li><li>Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions and lift and/or move equipment up to 75 pounds</li><li>Any other duties as assigned by the Shift or Operations Manager</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities of this Position Include</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Deliver exceptional customer service and meets customer&rsquo;s needs at all times.</li><li>Understand and respond appropriately to customer problems or complaints while maintaining a refined and polite demeanor.</li><li>Safely and professionally transport employees from their designated parking areas to their place on work on time.</li><li>Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have. If necessary, direct the customers to your Supervisor or the General Manager for further assistance.</li><li>Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to your Supervisor and General Manager immediately.</li><li>Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc. observed on roadways and in parking areas to your Supervisor and General Manager.</li><li>Possess a thorough knowledge of all areas of the parking areas and major streets, landmarks, and highways in and surrounding downtown Jacksonville, FL.</li><li>Communicate by telephone, two-way radio, and in person in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.</li><li>Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.</li><li>Arrive to work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform, maintaining a neat, professional appearance at all times.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and practices; and supports Company loss prevention efforts.</li></ul><p><strong>Certification and License Requirements Include</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Valid Class B CDL Class Driver&#39;s License with Passenger Endorsement, per DOT regulations</strong></li><li>Minimum one year of experience with CDL Class driver&#39;s license preferred</li><li>Driving record that indicates no major traffic violations in past three years is required</li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Current Medical Examiner&#39;s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required</strong></li><li>Drivers are required to be 21 years or older for insurance purposes</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Ideal Candidate Characteristics Include</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Previous Customer Service experience</li><li>Shuttle bus vehicle maintenance experience preferred</li><li>Knowledge on all Microsoft Suite products</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>12:30PM To 9:00PM Monday-Friday<br/>No Weekends",
