We are seeking two dedicated, compassionate Youth Therapists to join our team with the option for a 10-month work schedule (August through June), aligning with the school year, or a 12-month schedule providing services over the summer.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">We are currently hiring for two focus areas:</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">     •    <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Grand Forks County:</span> This position focuses on youth and their families throughout Grand Forks County   </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">           providing services at CVIC main office, shelter and local schools.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">     •    <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Rural:</span> This role provides in-person therapy directly within rural school settings and community outreach sites. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">           Therapy services may also be provided at CVIC offices.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Need</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">    •    Master’s degree in social work or counseling.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">    •    North Dakota license - LMSW or LAPC required; LCSW or LPCC preferred.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">    •    Experience providing therapy services and work with children and victims of violence preferred.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">    •    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or rural, depending on position.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">    •    Deliver individual and group therapy to youth (under age 18) impacted by domestic violence, sexual abuse,     </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">          stalking, bullying, and related trauma.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">    •    Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">    •    Provide support and resources to caregivers and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure youth and families </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">          have access to the help they may need.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">    •    Maintain accurate records and assist with billing and insurance processes.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">    •    Participate in community outreach, prevention, and education efforts.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
