The Process Innovation Analyst will assist and/or spearhead various projects and initiatives.</p><p><strong><u>Major Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul style=\"margin-left: 26px;\"><li>Spearhead the putaway process for units coming from receiving, returns and various teams</li><li>Maintain high levels of storage accuracy</li><li>Precise slotting of high value inventory</li><li>Manage capacity within the facility so all inventory is put away in a timely manner</li><li>Troubleshoot location discrepancies and overstock situations</li><li>Lead team in coaching, pacing and hold employees accountable for speed and accuracy</li><li>Ability to train new employees on inner workings of inventory and it&rsquo;s movement</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Competencies:</u></strong></p><p>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 44px;\"><li>Ability to work in a team environment and give honest and direct feedback</li><li>Ability to work in the intensity of a high-volume inventory/processing system and upholding the highest accuracy standards</li><li>Creative aptitude and vision to recognize, understand, and respond to the needs of order processing in an e-commerce fulfillment environment.</li><li>Flexibility in regards to schedule</li></ul><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 44px;\"><li>2+ years in e-commerce fulfillment</li><li>Putaway experience within a warehouse enviroment</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Ability to communicate properly both in person and electronically</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 44px;\"><li>Bilingual (Spanish and English)</li><li>1+ years team leadership experience</li><li>Working knowledge of WMS&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:54.0pt;\"><br></p><p>A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
