Ni Hao Chinese is expanding quickly, and we want the best team players to grow with us.</p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>Maintains and repairs the facility&rsquo;s structure, machinery, equipment, grounds, plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC systems. Performs skilled trade work, such as carpentry, painting, repairs or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs, or office fixtures. Makes periodic or special inspections on the premise to determine the repair work necessary. May work from blueprints, drawings, or rough sketches. Helps to assist with staff work orders, duty and oversight charts for specific areas of the property covering site inspections, janitorial, maintenance, vehicle maintenance and plant care.</p><p>Organizes the shop and storage areas and assisting all departments when and where needed.</p><p>- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.</p><p>- Ability to read, analyze and interpret written documents, write reports and keep systems data.</p><p>Ability to verbally present information and respond to colleagues, suppliers and supervisors and speak and write in response to questions.</p><p>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>- Plan projects from start to finish. Develop list of materials to complete projects and process materials needed through purchase order.</p><p>- Uses detailed instructions, troubleshoot and repairs equipment and facilities.</p><p>- Complies with the appropriate permits, regulations, licenses and certifications.</p><p>- Works with or supervises contractors, seasonal staff and maintenance assistant.</p><p>- Supervises subcontracted services such as landscape maintenance.</p><p>- Reports any concerns or maintenance issues.</p><p>- Clean and sanitize all areas; buildings, sidewalks, pantry, offices, hallways, classrooms, stairways, restrooms, etc. or as assigned.</p><p>- Clean all building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting and vacuuming.</p><p>- Gather and empty trash and wash trash containers, as needed.</p><p>- Other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>- The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in large resort, hotel or country club property, which includes: large landscape maintenance and building maintenance.</p><p>- Must be able to lift no less than 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday to at least waist high</p><p>- High school diploma or equivalent required.</p><p><strong>Desirable</strong></p><p>- Operation of a 7-passenger/ mini-van vehicle transporting students or goods</p><p>Job Type: Part-time/Full-time</p><p>Hourly Rate: $16 - $18/hour</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
