The Contract Manager will be part of and work directly with a project team to manage all aspects of contracts related to a Project. The position will be based in Bozeman, MT, but will require travel and relocation to Projects.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed attorney.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of construction and insurance coverage law.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years experience.</li>\n <li>Familiar with contract negotiation and drafting.</li>\n <li>Experience with federal contracting law.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and organized. </li>\n <li>Team player who works well with others.</li>\n <li>Must be able to travel and relocate.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Contract review and oversight.</li>\n <li>Contract and changes negotiation.</li>\n <li>Federal and State OSHA matters.</li>\n <li>Work with project teams concerning contract issues.</li>\n <li>Work with management and field personnel concerning legal issues.</li>\n <li>Dispute resolution—negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.</li>\n <li>Work with outside counsel and experts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled, E-Verify Employer</em></p>",
