    "description_html": "<p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">A Southland Holdings company is currently accepting resumes for an experienced <b>Pipe Crew Operator</b> for our large heavy civil project located in <b>Tampa, FL</b>.</span></p><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\"><strong>General responsibilities</strong> include but are not limited to:</span></span><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Assist in instillation of pipe for sewer and water lines.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Operate an excavator (350-470 size) and other heavy equipment as necessary safely and efficiently.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Must have experience digging for a pipe crew at times 20+ feet deep on line and grade.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\"> Perform daily checks on equipment.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Communicate with Foreman/Superintendent, and crewmen to safely accomplish tasks.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Safely dig and backfill as directed by management.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Perform all other duties as assigned.</span></span></li></ul><strong><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Qualifications</span></span></strong><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Understand basic principles of laying water main and gravity storm drain ranging in diameter from 8”-66”.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Ability to operate a rubber tire loader when needed.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Must be willing to help crew with other activities when an operator is not needed.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Proficient at layout reading survey points and measuring elevations.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Good communication skills to work effectively and safely.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Ability to work overtime as required.</span></span><br> </li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
