    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is searching for an experienced home health account executive to join our team as an Area Sales Manager for our Henderson County, NC territory.  We offer a fun, structured, fast-paced environment with exceptional benefits.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Previous home health or hospice sales experience is preferred.  Talent, along with demonstrated sales performance, is equally important.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Enhabit in activities involving professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, nurses' associations, state and county medical societies to educate them on the availability of services. </li>\n <li>Implement programs and protocols that provide improved home health care services. </li>\n <li>Serve as a public awareness representative for Enhabit.</li>\n <li>Responsible for public education regarding home health care services available through the agency and processes for obtaining services. </li>\n <li>Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding referral and admission goals as set by the Director of Business Development.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a college degree, or at least one year of sales or business experience, or be a licensed nurse RN or LPN.</li>\n <li>Ability to develop and support referral source relationships.</li>\n <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. </li>\n <li>Must be comfortable with making cold calls.</li>\n <li>Ability to execute presentations to physicians with confidence and composure. </li>\n <li>Exceptional and consistent customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Information</h2>\n<p><strong>Looking for a career that makes a difference every day?</strong></p>\n<p>Discover a rewarding career at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, one of the nation’s largest home-based care providers.
