The three main purposes of the program are to maintain healthy recovery, secure employment, and become productive citizens.</span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;\"><u>Position Summary:</u></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:115%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">This Residential Aide- will utilize a strengths-based &amp; client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved men&nbsp;as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved&nbsp;<b><i>or</i></b><i>&nbsp;</i>have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change.
