The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java-based technologies, modern front-end frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and proven experience in managing and mentoring development teams.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<p>· Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern full-stack technologies.</p>\n<p>· Hands-on Development: Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and technical problem-solving across the stack (Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, REST APIs, etc.).</p>\n<p>· Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to best practices, and continuous skill development.</p>\n<p>· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</p>\n<p>· DevOps &amp; CI/CD: Define and implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).</p>\n<p>· Performance &amp; Security: Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through design and code-level optimizations.</p>\n<p>· Technical Roadmapping: Contribute to the technology roadmap, evaluate new tools and frameworks, and drive innovation.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</p>\n<p>· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</p>\n<p>· 12+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in an architectural role.</p>\n<p>· Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.</p>\n<p>· Proficiency in front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.</p>\n<p>· Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, and API Gateway.</p>\n<p>· Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</p>\n<p>· Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).</p>\n<p>· Strong knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).</p>\n<p>· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<p>· Certifications in Java, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Architecture (TOGAF).</p>\n<p>· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p>\n<p>· Exposure to AI/ML integration or data engineering is a plus.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 54,000<br/>Maximum Compensation: USD 189,000<br/>Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
