          "text": "<p>The Project Coordinator II assists the Project Manager in delivery of small- to large-scale capital design and construction projects in&#xa0;biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and other advanced technology markets. This role will assist with directing and coordinating with&#xa0;internal and external architects and engineers; and will interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors. Project&#xa0;size will vary and will consist of both existing building renovations/retrofits and new construction.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assists the Project Manager in delivery of small- to large-scale capital design and/or construction projects in&#xa0;biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and other advanced technology markets&#xa0;</li><li>Assist with directing and coordinating with internal and external architects and engineers&#xa0;</li><li>Interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors&#xa0;</li><li>Handle multiple complex tasks and have business and personnel management skills establish and manage priorities&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to coordinate both design and construction team members&#xa0;</li><li>Spend time in the office and job site&#xa0;</li><li>Makes autonomous decisions and leads coordination efforts without close supervision&#xa0;</li><li>Oversees complex, large-scale initiatives and/or multiple projects simultaneously&#xa0;</li><li>Mentors or guides junior team members</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent job experience required, Bachelor’s degree a plus&#xa0;</li><li>Minimum of eight years of demonstrated success in document control and project control experience required, much of this preferably&#xa0;in a design firm setting</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced technology projects preferred&#xa0;</li><li>Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office 2013 and PDF software required&#xa0;</li><li>Proficiency with traditional project controls database tools and methods required&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to communicate openly and effectively both verbally and in writing&#xa0;</li><li>Exceptional time management skill&#xa0;</li><li>PMP certification or additional relevant certification preferred&#xa0;</li><li>Large scale ($10 million) project and document experience preferred&#xa0;</li><li>Advanced proficiency in project management tools or additional software used in construction and design projects.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
