    "description": "<h2>Min</h2>USD $85,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $90,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Registered Nurse - Supportive Crisis Stabilization Center </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The RN will complete medical assessments and brief histories on all clients admitted to the program and will monitor and coordinate follow-up care as directed by Program Director.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*Updated Schedule needs: </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday-Thursday 4pm-12am (Part-time)</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Friday/Saturday 12am-8am (Part-time)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete screening, assessments and Care of every client seeking SCSC services ( Adults/Youth/Children)</li>\n <li>Evaluate severity of withdrawal symptoms using established screening tools.( If appropriate to Substance Use clients )</li>\n <li>Coordinate delivery and reception of medications with pharmacy.</li>\n <li>Document all medications received and coordinate management of the meds while client is at SCSC).</li>\n <li>Observe self-administration of medications </li>\n <li>Monitor withdrawal symptoms during detoxification according to established protocols.</li>\n <li>Refer for required medical services as appropriate (Internal & External)</li>\n <li>Provide education and consultation to individual clients and/or groups on their health needs.</li>\n <li>Assure clients’ compliance with prescribe medical regimen.</li>\n <li>Complete timely and accurate documentation on medical services rendered.</li>\n <li>Complete all clinical documentation in EHR.</li>\n <li>File all documents in the clients’ charts upon completion.</li>\n <li>Manage inventory of medical supplies and coordinate replenishment with Office Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s in Nursing preferred, Bachelor’s required, with NYS RN license</li>\n <li>Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and chemical dependency preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and within a team.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li>\n <li>Assessment and case management</li>\n <li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) speaking preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>S:US IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join a team of employees who care about the wellbeing of others.
