Description

Responsibilities We are seeking an on-site staffing resource for one of our clients located in Auburn Hills, MI. The schedule for the role is 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the customer’s network environment via service cases and performing network support tasks, as requested by the customer. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with the ability to perform autonomously and drive tasks to successful completion. A good troubleshooting methodology will also benefit candidates in this role. This position is a full-time onsite support role at our client located in Auburn Hills, MI. Qualifications Requirements: Must have hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches and wireless LAN CCNA certification is highly preferred Experience working with Cisco networking platforms such as Catalyst and Nexus Required Experience troubleshooting network and end user issues required Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE and Cisco ACI would be beneficial Familiar supporting wireless networks with Cisco wireless LAN controllers using both traditional centralized deployments as well as converged access preferred Exceptional customer relations skills The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude We focus on candidates that display our “ACE” factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.
