    "description": "<p>Integrity is actively recruiting an experienced<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mold Polisher </span>to join our expanding team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Mold Polisher is responsible for removing stock steel to get molding areas smooth by way of grinders, stones and emery cloth. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Mold Polisher will report directly to the Moldmaking Team Leader.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We offer competitive wages, compensation for travel, health and dental benefits, a company-matched pension plan, performance based bonuses, an employee reward and recognition program, as well as many other means of employee appreciation throughout the year.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use of grinders and di-profilers to remove steel stock to get molding areas smooth</li>\n<li>Maintain a safe work environment</li>\n<li>Follow ISO standards and company procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 7 years’ experience</li>\n<li>Knowledge of plastic injection molds</li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently or as part of team</li>\n<li>Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company Overview:</span></p>\n<p>Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000.
