    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong>Lead compliance across Australia and Asia in a high-impact executive role.</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President – Compliance APAC to lead the regional compliance function across Australia and Asia. The role is responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of the compliance programme, while providing independent regulatory advice to senior leadership and helping shape a strong culture of integrity across the business.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">The role holds statutory accountability in Australia as the designated AML/CTF Compliance Officer, as an AFSL Responsible Manager, and has accountability for workplace health and safety across Australia, Asia, UK, Europe and the Middle East.
