This role serves as a key liaison between clinical staff, administrative teams, and IT to ensure efficient workflows, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and high system usability.</p>\n\n<hr align=\"center\" size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" />\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>\n\n<p><b>System Administration &amp; Support</b></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Maintain and support EHR and PM systems, including user setup, security roles, templates, and configurations</li>\n\t<li>Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors or internal IT teams</li>\n\t<li>Monitor system performance and recommend improvements</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><b>Implementation &amp; Optimization</b></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Lead or support EHR/PM system configurations, upgrades, and integrations</li>\n\t<li>Analyze clinical and administrative workflows; recommend and implement system enhancements</li>\n\t<li>Configure templates, forms, order sets, and billing workflows to improve efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><b>Training &amp; User Support</b></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Train clinical and administrative staff on EHR/PM functionality and best practices</li>\n\t<li>Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation</li>\n\t<li>Provide ongoing support and serve as a subject matter expert (SME)</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><b>Data Management &amp; Reporting</b></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper system usage</li>\n\t<li>Generate reports for clinical, operational, and financial analysis</li>\n\t<li>Support quality reporting programs (e.g., MIPS, HEDIS, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><b>Compliance &amp; Security</b></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Ensure systems meet regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, etc.)</li>\n\t<li>Assist with audits, data security protocols, and access controls</li>\n\t<li>Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><b>Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Coordination</b></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Act as primary point of contact for EHR/PM vendors</li>\n\t<li>Collaborate with leadership, providers, billing teams, and IT staff</li>\n\t<li>Manage tickets, upgrades, and system changes with vendors</li>\n</ul>",
