    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.2.10/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.51.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Description:</strong></p><p>General Laborers produce product by preparing and/or packaging raw product for cooking with a safety-minded attitude that maintains and enhances a safety culture for the benefit of the Company and its employees.&nbsp;</p><p>We currently have open positions within the following departments:</p><p><strong><u>Trim Department:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintains quality by trimming product to specification.</li><li>Maintains work flow by loading meat on to tables for trimmers.</li><li>Maintains clean and organized work area by removing waste materials.</li><li>Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.</li><li>Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical and General Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Able to speak English preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and USDA regulations preferred.</li><li>Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.</li><li>Able to lift up 35 to 50 pounds constantly.</li><li>Able to tolerate extreme temperatures.</li><li>Walking or standing 8+ hours per day</li><li>100% of day spent on work floor in temperatures of 40˚ +/-</li></ul><p><strong>Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Not Applicable</li></ul><p><strong><u>Processing Department:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Produces product by following product process specifications and packaging requirements (involves variety of machining processes such as tenderizing, tumbling, cutting, slicing, bagging, weighing, sealing).</li><li>Prepares product for next process by manually loading product on racks; moving racks to cook area.</li><li>Maintains operational work flow by following procedures; advising supervisor of irregularities.</li><li>Maintains quality standards by verifying weights and inspecting product throughout process.</li><li>Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.</li><li>Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed.</li><li>Follow established plant wide Good Manufacturing Procedures.</li><li>Inspect equipment &amp; utensils for sanitary conditions.
