      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred</li>\n<li>5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, electrical equipment, or electromechanical environment</li>\n<li>Experience managing engineered-to-order or custom manufacturing projects</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of project scheduling, order management, and long-lead material coordination</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications</li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with engineering, supply chain, production, and quality teams</li>\n<li>Proficiency with ERP systems and project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and customer management skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously</li>\n\n</div>"
