Inform hotel/resort associates of F&B events and updates. </li>\n <li>Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on guest problems and complaints.</li>\n <li>Reply to guest reviews on OpenTable and Revinate.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous food and beverage experience strongly preferred. </li>\n <li>Experience with cash handling preferred. </li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li>\n <li>Demonstrate the ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.</li>\n <li>Experience with the following software applications: OpenTable, Canva, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#lakenonawavehotel #LI-Onsite</p>",
