    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">The Family Partner also known as the Parent Partner provides peer mentoring, educational materials and support provided by an experienced parent to the caregivers of a child in the different LOC packages residing in Jones, Callahan, Shackelford, Stephens, and Taylor Counties. &nbsp;Leads parent educational and parent support groups. &nbsp;This position requires an average of 3 hrs of face to face service per day. This position has direct service time and documentation performance targets to meet. Some attendance is required at school ARD meetings, wraparound team staffings, and CRCG meetings as they arise to provide parent support and advocacy. &nbsp;Schedule is primarily 8-5 with some flexibility in the evenings and on the weekends. &nbsp;This position will report to the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Program Administrator.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Certified Family Partners hired or contracted must meet the following qualifications:</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">(a) Is 18 years of age or older;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">(b) Has received either:</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">i. A high school diploma; or</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">ii. A high school equivalency certificate issued in accordance with the laws</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">applicable to the issuing agency;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">(c) Has at least one year of lived experience raising a child or adolescent with an</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">emotional or mental health issue as a parent or LAR;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">(d) Has at least one year of experience navigating a child-serving system (e.g.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">mental health, juvenile justice, social security, or special education) as a</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">parent or LAR; and</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">(e) Has the ability to perform the duties of a Family Partner as outlined in the</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Texas Resilience and Recovery Utilization Management Guidelines.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">(f) Has successfully completed the certified Family Partner training and passed</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">the certification exam recognized by the department within one year of the</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">date of hire for the role of Family Partner.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Must have a Texas Driver&rsquo;s License and be an insurable driver.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, flexible.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">This is a Full-Time position.
