Solutioning & Architecture
Design enterprise-grade solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules , including: ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping), SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, CSM, FSM, HRSD and App Engine & automation workflows Lead architecture reviews, solution validation, integration approaches, and roadmap definition. Preferred - Pre‑Sales & Deal Shaping
Own RFP/RFI responses, cost modelling, bid defense, and solution governance. Develop APAC‑specific value propositions, competitive differentiators, and industry use cases. Partner closely with ServiceNow APAC Sales, AEs, and SCs for proactive pipeline generation. Drive demonstrations, POCs, and workshops tailored for regional industries: Partner closely with ServiceNow APAC Sales, AEs, and SCs for proactive pipeline generation.
