WaFd Bank is hiring a Branch Manager.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>WaFd Bank has been a financial leader for over a century, and now serves consumers and business clients across nine Western states. <strong>Our company motto is: Love What You Do...Make A Difference!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a results-driven, high profile bank officer position responsible for the management of all aspects of a retail branch’s success.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A successful Branch Manager must:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop strategies to expand the consumer and small business client base.</li>\n <li>Create and execute strategies to develop branch staff collectively and individually.</li>\n <li>Meet production goals by coaching, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.</li>\n <li>Proactively seek new business relationships, including a network of business owners, consumer prospects, finance professionals and community leaders.</li>\n <li>Make out-of-office calls to businesses, community organizations, and referral sources.</li>\n <li>Optimize operational effectiveness and profitability to enhance shareholder value.</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly with staff and clients verbally, over the phone, and via video chat.</li>\n <li>Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent service.</li>\n <li>Participate and support skill advancement in yourself and others.</li>\n <li>Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.</li>\n <li>Reflect the corporate values and ethics of WaFd Bank, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service.
